Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitutes a legal binding agreement between you and us. When you use our website to place an order with us, it means you acknowledge, you have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions set out below. It is your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions. Please note that we reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time and, thus, it is your responsibility to review them periodically. We will not be held accountable if you fail to do so. All contracts are bounded by Law of Singapore.

 

1. Definitions

The ‘Seller’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’ meaning IPrint Express Pte Ltd. The ‘Buyer’ meaning the person whose name is printed on the Order. ‘Contract’ meaning the order and confirmation written on. ‘Products’ meaning any printed Artworks created for the Buyer or Artworks provided by the Buyer to be printed. ‘Defective Products’ meaning printed works that have been affected by technical difficulties caused by our equipment etc.

 

2. Price, Payment and Currencies

All prices and amounts shown on this site are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

All payment must be made first before an order is processed. Payment can be made via Bank Transfer or Credit Card. Please note that the processing of the Order will only begin upon receiving payment. In the event of a delay in payment, Orders will not be processed until otherwise.

If you are making a Bank Transfer, please indicate under the comments with your designated invoice number or order number to help us facilitate tracking of your payment.

If you are making a payment using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, or WeChat Pay, please be aware that an additional service fee will apply.

If an Order is urgent, Buyers are encouraged to make payment as soon as possible to facilitate processing.

All payment also has to be made prior to processing subsequent New Orders, Reprints and/or Deliveries.

 

3. Risk and Property / Delivery

The Seller will not be held accountable for any damage or loss to Products during transit by our chosen courier, as they are not affiliated with our organization. Delivery lead times are provided as a general guideline and may vary depending on the courier’s schedule and routing. The Seller is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party couriers.

Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the items before signing. If the Products appear damaged or in poor condition, the Buyer must not sign for the package and should inform the courier immediately. Signing for the parcel constitutes acceptance of the item’s condition, and the Seller will not entertain damage claims made after acceptance.

The Buyer must ensure that a receiver is present at the stated delivery address during office hours. If no one is available to receive the goods, the courier may leave without completing the delivery. In such cases, re-delivery or rescheduling will incur additional charges. If a delivery has already been arranged and the Buyer requests to reschedule, additional working days may be required to accommodate the new delivery date.

Delivery is limited to the nearest accessible lift landing. For addresses without direct lift access, or where stair carry is required, manual handling fees starting from $20 and above may apply, subject to the courier’s discretion. For large or bulk orders (e.g., 10,000 flyers or more), lift access is mandatory. If unavailable, such deliveries may be rejected or incur significantly higher handling charges.

Deliveries involving waiting time exceeding 15 minutes, or to secured zones, may also incur extra charges such as waiting time fees, manual handling fees, or a secured-zone surcharge. These special deliveries are only supported via Lalamove, and the Buyer is responsible for arranging any required access or clearance.

Restricted Zones & Delivery Limitations

Certain locations are classified as restricted or secured, and deliveries to these areas will incur an additional $25 and above surcharge per trip:

• ALPS Avenue
• Army Camps / Checkpoints
• Construction Sites
• Jurong Island
• Jurong Port
• PSA Port
• SATS / Aerospace Zones
• Shipyards
• Supply Bases
• Singapore Expo / Convention Centers

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring appropriate access clearance at the destination.

Not Deliverable:
• Sentosa
• Any other location that restricts courier entry without escort or advance access approval

If you are unsure whether your delivery location is serviceable or may incur additional charges, please contact us before placing your order. Failed deliveries due to restricted access or unpermitted addresses will be subject to redelivery charges and delays.

Whether by delivery or self-collection, the Buyer must collect all items within 30 days from the date of completion notification. The Seller reserves the right to dispose of any uncollected items after this period without further notice or refund. The Seller is not responsible for the condition of items collected beyond 30 days, and no claims for defects will be accepted beyond this timeframe.

 

4. Returns, Reprints, Refunds and Rights of Cancellation

Buyers have a right to cancel any Order as long as Payment has not been made. Any cancellations made after an order is processed or printed will not be refunded due to the personal nature of the items ordered.

Please note that credit is not guaranteed but based on a case by case basis and only given at the Seller’s discretion.

Credit is only issued under the Buyer’s registered account and is non-transferable and non-refundable. It can only be used to make other purchases on the Seller’s website.

Buyers have the right to return any defective Products within 48 hours of accepting or collection of the Products. Defective or rejected Products are NOT eligible for Refunds.

The Seller must be notified and all defective Products must be returned (in their original packaging and unused) during the aforementioned time period in order for the Buyer to be eligible for a Reprint of the Products.

No refunds will be given for any cancellation, defective or rejected Products.

For the avoidance of doubt nothing in these Terms and Conditions of Business shall give the Buyers rights of cancellation or refunds for the Products which, by nature have been made to the Buyer’s specifications and are clearly personalized.

In the event of a Reprint, the Seller will bear the costs for the re-delivery (if any) and not the initial return costs. Reprinting will be done at the standard processing or Express schedule lead times respectively written on the original Order.

Please note that if the Buyer would like to arrange another re-delivery for any circumstances, arrangements will only be made after payment has been received. See Section 2 above for payment details.

 

5. Limitations

The Seller is not liable for any delays in deliveries or defective Products unless a claim is notified to the Seller (See Section 4), where upon a reasonable inspection of the Products will be carried out.

Please note that files sent are required to meet printing guidelines. Files sent will be printed as received, the Seller will not be doing any editing on the files sent.

The notification of the Order must be done via email and must include the Invoice number and details (i.e. Name on the Order form, Product description of defects, etc.) of the claim. In case of a valid claim, the Seller may in its sole discretion, reprint the Products (or the part in question).

This limitation of liability section shall prevail over any conflicting or inconsistent provision contained in any of the Artworks comprising in any Contract. It is up to the Buyer to take precautions to ensure that whatever Artwork supplied for processing and printing is free of such items as viruses, illegal content or imagery in violation to Singapore and Copyright Law. In no event will the Seller be liable to the Buyer or any party associated with the Buyer from any direct, indirect, special form in which the Products will be used.

If we feel your Artwork violates any copyright or the terms and conditions stated above, we reserve the right to terminate any contract.

 

6. Intellectual Property

This website is owned and operated by the Seller. Unless otherwise stated, all content on the website is protected by copyright and belongs to the Seller.

The Buyer certifies that they either own the rights to, or have valid licenses for, any images, fonts, graphics, or designs submitted for printing. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that the content submitted does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

The Seller reserves the right to reject any artwork that violates intellectual property laws. Infringements may result in cancellation of the Contract, termination of the Buyer’s account, and removal of related material.

The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold the Seller and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from copyright or trademark infringement. The Seller shall not be held liable for any legal disputes arising from content provided by the Buyer.

 

7. Data Protection

All personal data obtained through the use of the website will not be shared to any external third parties. Any information held is kept for the express purposes of facilitating future prints with the Buyer with the express permission of the Buyer.

If at any point in time an account is terminated, the Seller is responsible for keeping in trust all information pertaining to the Buyer. Unless required by any Law Enforcement agency in Singapore, the Seller will uphold your right to the protection of your private information.

 

8. Prohibited Content & Order Rejection

The Seller reserves the right to reject, cancel, or refuse any print order that contains content which is deemed to be:

• Illegal or unlawful under Singapore law
• Promoting gambling, casino, or gaming-related activities
• Related to adult or sexually explicit material
• Involving religious sensitivities that may be deemed disrespectful or offensive (e.g., using temple imagery in inappropriate contexts)
• Defamatory, offensive, obscene, or racist content
• Promoting drugs, weapons, violence, or any content that incites harm or illegal activity
• Linked to prohibited or high-risk locations such as military zones or supply bases

If such content is identified before production, the Seller may issue a full or partial refund, minus any administrative or transaction fees at its discretion.

The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring the legality and appropriateness of submitted content. The Seller shall not be liable for any legal, reputational, or commercial consequences arising from materials provided by the Buyer.

 

9. General and Miscellaneous

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, INCLUDING ITS RESPECTIVE STAFF, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES OR AFFILIATES (COLLECTIVELY, THE ‘COVERED PARTIES’), BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, DEATH, LOSS, CLAIM, DAMAGE, ACT OF GOD, ACCIDENT, CRIMINAL, DELAY. WE DISCLAIM ANY SPECIAL, EXEMEPLARY, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, WHICH ARISES OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY USE OF THIS SITE OR SERVICES PROVIDED.
